At Fabled Bean, we want you to savor every sip; if your coffee or tea arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee unless there is a confirmed quality defect.
Return Process

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

For damaged goods or quality concerns, please include a clear photo of the product and packaging to help us expedite your claim.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number or instructions for a complimentary replacement.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
After processing, your refund will be applied to your original payment method, or your fresh replacement bag will be roasted and shipped within 48 hours.
